A delicious, sweet and sticky mango chutney made with dried mango pieces (via SNCK). The rehydrated mango makes for an even more intense flavour.

We make ours super slowly over a low heat to punch it full of sweet, sticky, onion-y flavour.
Our piccalilli has a few extra ingredients than a more traditional blend and it’s the addition of mangoes and apples that really round out the flavour with added fruitiness and sweetness. It still has the classic acidity and vegetable flavours you’d expect but with a bit of extra zing.

We love this stuff! English ceps (otherwise known as Penny Buns or Porcini) are dried and blitzed with kosher salt to make a rich and umami filled seasoning. Add to risottos, tomato based sauces, beef dishes, and more. It will add depth and flavour in bags.

We were heartbroken by the images from Ukraine and wanted to do what we could to help. Inspired by #CookForUkraine, we whipped up a pickle inspired by Ukrainian dishes we've loved. Definitely not authentic but hopefully delicious!

This is one of our favourite seasonings! Furikake literally translates as “sprinkle over” and that’s exactly what you should do with almost any Japanese inspired dish. It’s great on sushi, rice, fish dishes, and vegetables.
Our blend is a mix of Yakinori seaweed (via SNCK), sesame, katsuobushi (also known as bonito flakes - smoked and fermented skipjack tuna) and mix it with kosher salt and sugar.
